From: Chuck Douge, President NMCB14 Association
To: All Members of the NMCB 14 Association,
Election for Board of Directors (BOD):
The Association needs your help, guidance, and support. Please consider serving on the Board or nominating someone you believe would be a great addition to the Board.
This year we have five (5) openings for the BOD due to expiring terms. These are as follows:
· Two (2) members for 3-year terms, expiring in the fall of 2028.
· One (1) member for a 2-year term, expiring in the fall of 2027.
· Two (2) members for 1-year terms, expiring in the fall of 2026.
At this year’s Reunion the following members volunteered to be on the Board:
· Jim Graham for a 3-year term
· Alan Watt for a 3-year term
· Dwight Hamborsky for a 2-year term
· Anthony Amesquita for a 1-year term
· Bob Rodriguez for a 1-year term
If you are one of the above, we need you to confirm your willingness and availability.

Here is a snapshot of the duties:
· Assist with the development of the annual reunion by conducting tasks assigned by the President.
· Sit on Committees as nominated by other Officers and Board Members.
· Have the financial capacity to attend in-person Board Meetings (one at the Reunion the other at mid-point of the year) and participate in all telephone conference calls (usually every other month).
· Be able to travel, possess patience, tolerance and understanding and be a Patriot who loves this country without any reservations. (Travel is infrequent. There is sometimes a need to make a call or make a visit for a specific purpose.)
If any of you are interested in serving on the Board or would like to nominate a member to serve on the Board, please email Chuck Douge, President NMCB14 Association, at combatelectric@aol.com or call him at 305-230-8000.
Please respond no later than September 20th.
Based on the input we receive, if we have more than five volunteers, we will hold an election. If we have only 5 (or fewer) volunteers, then under the terms of our Bylaws, the current Board of Directors will appoint them.
Let Gregg Harkness - g.harkness@earthlink.net, or I know if you have any questions.
V/R,
Steve Koch
