Registration Fees  2010_reunion_packet

For NMCB 14 Alumni Association Members (life members and 2011 members):

  • $75 per member = Early Registration by 01 September 2011
  • $90 per member = Standard Registration after 01 September 2011

For Non-Members:

  • $95 per person = Early Registration by 01 September 2011
  • $110 per person = Standard Registration after 01 September 2011

Note: Non-members who apply and pay for membership (either life or 2011 annual) during the late registration period will be credited $20 towards registration fees. Annual membership runs from 01 January to 31 December for the calendar year in which you apply.

Registration Process

Mail the form and payment to George Manning at the address on the bottom of the registration form, which you will find in the downloadable Registration Packet. Late Registration after 01 September 2011 will take place in the hospitality room at the hotel. Pre-registration packages may be picked up in the hospitality room upon arrival.

Included Expenses

All reunion registrations (member/non-member, early/late) include the following:

  • Saturday night dinner buffet for the registrant
  • Sunday breakfast buffet for the registrant
  • Member meetings

Additional Expenses

Official Group Tour
Please note on your registration form that there is a line to register for an optional cruise of St. Augustine Bay on the Victory III. The cost is $25 per person and is not included in your basic registration fee. See the Events & Activities page for more details.

Spouse/Guest Fees
Your spouse or guest is invited to the Friday group tour, the Saturday night dinner, and the Sunday breakfast. However, there are additional charges per guest for these events:

  • Friday group tour: $25 per person
  • Saturday dinner buffet: $25 per guest
  • Sunday breakfast buffet: $15 per guest

Optional Activities
You will also have opportunities for leisure time on your own. There are tours, golfing, and other activities available. Visit our Events & Activities page for more details.

Fundraising Opportunities
We will hold a silent auction and raffle to raise funds for the families of KIA and WIA NMCB 14 personnel. Part of the proceeds raised from the raffle will also benefit the operating budget of the NMCB 14 Alumni Association. We hope you will participate in these fundraising efforts.

Logo Merchandise
Show your support for the NMCB 14 Alumni Association by purchasing one of our logo clothing items. We will have polo shirts, ball hats, cowboy hats, and jackets available for sale at the registration table.
